This position will report to the Head of Raw Material, NA and will be based in Highland Heights, KY. This position will be responsible for managing all NA Compound commodity spend activities (PE, XLPE, LS0H etc.) while leading a team of commodity specialist, local and sector monthly management reporting, material trend analysis, continuous improvement process (CIP) projects analysis and supply base negotiations. The Commodity Manager will also be responsible for managing the PVC commodity globally. This will This is a highly visible position within the organization globally, with a spend of approximately $400M annually.

Key Skills And Attributes
- Energetic, motivated and possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Excellent problem solving and category management skills
- A wide degree of creativity is expected
- Bachelor degree in Business, Finance or Supply Chain Management is required, Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering highly preferred
- Minimum of 5-8 years’ experience in Supply Chain Management
- Professional certification (such as C.P.M., CPSM, CPIM) a plus
- Experience in a manufacturing industry is a must
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong project management/leadership skills
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong sense of urgency
- Strong computer skills with emphasis in SAP, Excel and Office tools
