Production Operator is responsible for producing high-quality industrial wire and cable in a safe and timely manner in a heavy industrial environment.
Qualified candidate must have safety as a core value, have the courage to care for the safety of others, and view any unsafe act or condition as 100% unacceptable.
Qualified candidate is responsible for producing a quality product, meeting all specifications of work orders to meet customer standards. Will be required to input information into the computer and verify for accuracy. Production Operators will be expected to complete job tasks within specified time period. This would include setups, changeovers, reel changes and material relocation. Overtime including weekends may be required.

Qualifications
- Solid, stable and verifiable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
- Proficient in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, and use of a computer
- Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities
