Universal Associate

We’re looking for a Universal Associate to join our team and deliver an outstanding customer experience every day. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their banking needs while building lasting relationships.

As a Universal Associate, You'll

• Provide top-notch customer service: Greet customers with a smile and assist them with their banking needs in a friendly, professional manner.
• Process transactions with care: Handle a variety of financial transactions—like deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and more—with accuracy and efficiency.
• Be a product expert: Get to know our bank’s services inside and out, and suggest the right solutions to meet each customer’s unique financial needs.
• Support branch operations: Help with essential tasks like balancing the cash drawer, managing the ATM, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
• Look for ways to improve: Bring fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience and improve processes.
• Stay up to date: Keep yourself informed about our products, policies, and the latest industry trends to offer the best service possible.

What You’ll Need

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service or handling transactions (preferred, but not required).
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
