Grants Accountant

PS Companies is working with a local government department to find a temporary Grants Accountant.

Pay rate: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour.

Essential Responsibilities Include:

• Monitor and process grant and general budget expenditures, including cost reports and invoices, ensuring accurate review with the respective managers.

• Collaborate closely with the Finance team and the Comptroller’s office to ensure accurate fiscal reporting of grant budgets and expenditures.

• Prepare or review expenditure reports, billing statements, cost reports, and fiscal grant reports to ensure accuracy and compliance

• Special projects and other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, Public Administration, or related field.

• Two years of experience in related grant activities.

Work Schedule: 40 hr/wk @ 8 hr/day
