Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct patient care on inpatient units, utilizing your clinical expertise and skills to ensure excellent outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
• Float to various units as needed, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
• Current LPN / LVN licensure in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in short-term care inpatient settings.
• Epic experience strongly preferred.
