Job Description and Requirements

We are seeking an experienced Med Surg RN for a travel nursing position in Wisconsin Rapids, WI.
This is a full-time, 13-week contract position requiring 36 hours per week of work. Shifts will be 12 hours, with variable day and night shifts.
Unit Information
The assigned unit is a 40-bed medical/surgical/pediatric unit with an average daily census of 28 patients.
On the day shift, nurses typically care for a maximum of 5 patients (average of 4) and on the night shift, a maximum of 7 patients.
Requirements
- Active WI or Compact License
- At least 2 years of experience in Med Surg nursing
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- BLS (AHA) Certification
