Responsibilities of a Business Account Associate:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving challenges proactively.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients through strategic networking, community engagement, and campaign management.
- Identify client needs using effective sales and customer service strategies, ensuring successful execution of targeted appointments and opportunities.
- Establish and manage daily action plans, including client follow-ups and project updates.
- Develop a deep understanding of business operations, progressing from entry-level tasks to executive-level responsibilities.
