Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with customers to guide them through the sales and service process while addressing their needs.
- Present product information to match customer preferences and uncover potential sales opportunities.
- Develop a strong understanding of client services, industry trends, and company systems to deliver top-tier customer support.
- Collaborate with the management team and peers for training on client products, sales techniques, and operational insights.
- Collect and analyze sales data to refine strategies and contribute to overall marketing improvements.
Customer Representative Qualities/Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an Associate’s degree or higher is a plus.
- Familiarity with customer service, sales, marketing, or business practices is encouraged.
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members and leadership to achieve shared sales and service goals.
