Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field, with a proven track record of creating compelling and innovative designs across various mediums.  This role requires a creative thinker who can manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt to new challenges with enthusiasm.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, business development and technical staff to design a wide range of electronic and printed products.
• Support projects through conceptualization, development, and execution, collaboratively executing project deliverables in an innovative and creative manner.
• Develop all required graphics for marketing proposals, including layout, templates and supporting graphics.
• Translate complex technical information into compelling visual narratives for communication to diverse audiences and multimedia.
• Produce dynamic, interactive on brand solutions for marketing products and social media platforms.
• Ensure consistency and quality of firm’s brand across communication channels and materials. 
• Continuously upskill to stay ahead of current design and packaging trends and to reimagine product designs.

Qualifications and Requirements

• The requirement for a bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communications, or equivalent is standard and ensures candidates have a solid educational foundation.
• 5 years of relevant professional experience is a strong requirement, indicating the need for seasoned professionals.
• Emphasizing a comprehensive design portfolio is excellent as it showcases the candidate's ability to work across various styles and mediums.
• Highlighting the ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines is crucial for the fast-paced nature of design work.
• Mentioning the need for an organized, fast learner who enjoys acquiring new skills and software is great for ensuring continuous growth and adaptability.
• Skills in developing interactive, multimedia content for digital and print platforms are essential for modern graphic design roles.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are vital for effective collaboration across teams and clients.
• A self-starter who takes initiative to find dynamic solutions is a valuable trait, ensuring proactive and innovative approaches to work.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, Microsoft products, and various design applications is a must-have for technical proficiency.
• Excellent photography skills preferred adds an extra layer of versatility to the candidate's skill set.
• Experience in architecture, engineering, or related industries is a plus, which can be beneficial for specific projects or clients.
