We are seeking a talented and motivated Architectural Designer with 3-8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design excellence, strong technical skills, and the ability to contribute to all phases of the design process. This position would be based in our Warren, NJ headquarters.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with project teams to develop design concepts and solutions.
- Produce architectural drawings, renderings, and presentations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Conduct research and analysis to support design decisions.
- Assist with site visits, client meetings, and coordination with consultants.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to enhance project outcomes.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
- Learns basic code evaluation procedure and information gathering requirements for review with supervisor.
- Supports efforts for studies and reports and assists with preparation of routine technical reports or sections of reports.
