Schedule & Requirements
- Valid active Cosmetology in this state
- Reliable transportation
- Proof of Identity
- Proof of eligibility to work in the US, without sponsorship
- Part time
- 2-3 days a week (let us know if you are looking for additional days)
- 6 hour shifts (9am-3pm/10am-4pm)
Benefits And Compensation
- 50% commission per service performed
- In this state, a PS salon professional makes on average the equivalent of $21 per hour, based on the 50% commission pay structure.

- Provide a wide range of cosmetology services which may include, but not limited to: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures and roller sets.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.
- Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
- Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer’s, dementia and/or special needs desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.

- On a regular basis, requires the ability to reach with hands and arms
- On a regular basis, requires the ability to stand for a minimum of 6 hours
- On a regular basis, requires the ability to lift and/or move 50 lbs.
- On a frequent basis, requires the ability to stoop, kneel and crouch
- Compensation-50% commission on all services performed vs Federal/State/City/Locality minimum wage per hour. Whichever is higher.
