Position Summary:
The Key Account Manager (KAM) at PS Seasoning is responsible for overseeing strategic accounts, driving growth, and fostering long-term, successful partnerships. This role involves leading client relationships, managing complex negotiations, and collaborating across departments to meet high-level client and organizational goals. The KAM will be instrumental in identifying new business opportunities, improving service delivery, and mentoring junior team members to ensure continued success and customer satisfaction.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets for assigned key accounts.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with senior-level client stakeholders.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Identify and pursue opportunities for growth, including expanding services into new areas within key accounts.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless service delivery and maximize client satisfaction.
- Mentor and support junior account managers, contributing to the professional development of the team.
- Analyze account performance, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and business strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 3 years of experience in key account management, strategic sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of managing high-value accounts and driving business growth.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), sales analytics, and reporting.
- Deep understanding of customer relationship management and market dynamics.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to think strategically and solve problems effectively.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
