The ideal candidate will also have experience with Power Apps in Microsoft and an interest in working within fast-paced, project-based environments. This position requires in-person work at our Iron Ridge, WI location.

What You’ll Do
- Develop and implement low-code solutions using tools such as Copilot, DAX, and Power Apps.
- Design user interfaces and integrate business requirements to build functional, user-friendly applications.
- Work closely with business teams to understand needs and deliver efficient solutions.
- Leverage advanced SQL skills to manage and manipulate data for application functionality.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
- Assist in project management as needed to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
- A minimum of one to three years of experience with low-code tools such as Copilot or similar platforms like DAX.
- Experience with Microsoft Power Apps.
- Demonstrated experience in user interface development and business development.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL.
- Preferred experience in project management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A keen interest in continuous learning and staying current with emerging technologies.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
