Responsibilities
Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist will be responsible for talent acquisition marketing efforts Written and creative content, events, digital and traditional advertising, and proactive recruitment strategy. The Senior Recruitment Marketing Specialist impacts PSA’s corporate identity: shaping the brand/image of who we are and aiding in our company growth.Job Responsibilities
- Drive and support PSA’s brand across external marketing platforms.
- Identify recruiting advertising opportunities that fit with brand and recruiting needs.
- Create and edit videos for internal and external mediums.
- Support all PSA departments with marketing collateral requests.
- Counsel internal customers and partners to achieve business objectives.
- Experience with content strategy and content development for a variety of platforms for both internal and external audiences.
- Use creative and innovative means to drive strong engagement and organic growth of all marketing mediums.
- Collaborate with outside vendors on marketing campaigns.
- Keep track of recruiting marketing budget.
- Identity, manage and execute sponsorship opportunities.
- Analyze and report on success of marketing campaigns.
- Manage recruiting content on website and social media and provide recruiting team the resources they need to properly market the events they are attending.
- Collaborate on planning and manage proactive recruitment marketing including utilization of LinkedIn and Hootsuite as a tool for the recruiting team (Manage, create, and implement proactive recruitment initiatives).
- Serve as recruiting liaison and identify ongoing recruitment marketing needs.
- Create graphic design templates including flyers, social media event headers and email campaigns.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Recruiting teams to build and implement email marketing campaigns (manage create and implement marketing emails for all recruiting efforts and events).
- Collaborate with Marketing team to identify best practices for using LinkedIn and Glassdoor as recruiting tools, manage plan creation and implementation.
- Manage all dedicated marketing projects.
- Oversee assigned department strategy and execution on digital advertising and SEO.
- Manage the production, hosting and planning of Plane and Simple, PSA podcast.
- Support company-wide marketing and communication efforts as needed.
- Responsible for the Company's Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and associated Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Position Specifics
Qualifications
Required- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations.
- 3-5 years of professional experience.
- At least two years of experience in Adobe Creative Suite or similar software.
- Previous experience with managing marketing campaigns.
- Experience in developing and executing CRM programs, including email marketing, push notifications, and in-app messaging.
- Experience developing and creating digital, video and/or interactive content.
- Ability to speak/read/write in English.
- If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the U.S.

Delegation: In absence, responsibilities delegated to Assistant Director of Marketing & Communications.
