JOB SUMMARY:
Organizing and managing the day to day functions of the Gateways, to meet the needs of the Company’s GWLD customers and, provide high rate of return. Accountabilities in-clude cost, service and capacity of air export shipments.
Main responsibilities
Job Requirements
Experience: 5 to 7 years in export processes. Staff supervisory experience, min-imum two (2) years.
Education: High School diploma or equivalent. Associates degree in transpor-tation preferred or equivalent.
Knowledge/
Technical Skills: Excel and/or Word processing, word or micro-soft word.
Certifications/
Licensures: Hazmat certification helpful but not required.
Personal Traits: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be goal oriented, a team player, have high energy and depend-able.

JOB SUMMARY:

Main responsibilities
- Negotiates with carriers for competitive rates.
- Resolves air exports problems for our customers.
- Knows each countries requirement and regulation for importation.
- Manages, train and motivate staff.
- Arranging consolidation schedules.
- Keep all accounting requirements current and accurate per company policy.
- Attend various regulatory seminars/meetings; i.e., TSA, FAA & USC. etc.
- To ensure that all decisions and actions take into account the utmost safety in re-spect to the quality of the Environment ,and health of employees and contractors in which BDP interacts with on a daily basis.
- Work on collecting the inbound shipments from airport to bring it to our bounded facility. Coordination and oversight of all aspects of import consolidation shipment movement into MIA HUB.
- Not limited to performing other job-related duties and functions as required.
