Main responsibilities:
- Monitor Team performance and activity
- Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on the success of filling jobs
- Building and maintaining relationships (internal/external)
- Write weekly/monthly figures and reports
- Hold weekly/monthly meetings; discuss task delegation and review issues
- In conjunction with Manager set quarterly targets and objectives
- Communication- encourage respect and open communication
- Assist in the interview and recruitment of team members
- Perform auditing and quality checking
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Handling escalations from customers and internally
- Attendance checking
- Training new team members
- Supporting Manager on local quotation and pricing
- Graduate of any discipline.
- 8-10 years experience in ocean export ( Multinational Freight forwarder )
- Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in a Supervisory role in customer service-related matters within the freight-forwarding industry.
- Technical knowledge in ocean export is a must .
- Project manager is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills combined with a strong ability to analyze situations and make good decisions based on available information.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing policies and procedures.
- Fluent English (oral and written )
