JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identify and prospect within assigned territories, engaging clients and generating leads.
- Enhance regional sales initiatives through increased local client engagement.
- Demonstrate a successful track record in establishing strategic partnerships and developing impactful sales strategies.
- Seek out and cultivate new opportunities to boost regional and global business across Ocean, Air, and Overland Freight services, along with Value-Added solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive revenue growth and freight volume.
- Strengthen market penetration for the PSA BDP brand.
- Collaborate with Account Management, Product Leaders, and Vertical Heads to identify target accounts within the designated region.
- Achieve and surpass designated KPIs concerning client interactions as tracked via the Customer Retention Management system.
- Conduct market research alongside sales support teams to expand the individual sales pipeline.
- Fulfill additional responsibilities as needed.
