- Design Development:
- Produce compelling visual content for PSA and Edge brands, including:
- Digital advertisements
- Email graphics and responsive HTML templates
- Event signage
- Publications and brochures
- Social media and web assets
- Promotional and sales collateral

- Brand Consistency:
- Ensure uniform application of brand guidelines across all design materials.
- Maintain and update the repository of brand assets.
- Website Collaboration:
- Design and manage website graphics and layouts on Squarespace.
- Work alongside external developers to enhance site functionality and user experience.
- Trend Awareness:
- Stay updated with current design trends, digital marketing techniques, and visual storytelling methods.
- Asset Management:
- Oversee digital asset management systems.
- Organize and maintain design files, logos, templates and photography.
- Production Coordination:
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and high-quality production of materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Engage with various departments to contribute to campaign planning and content development.
- Additional Duties:
- Perform other tasks as assigned to support the marketing department's objectives.
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual arts or related professional experience of 3-5 years.
- Proven track record in both digital and print design.
- Experience with Squarespace or similar web platforms.
- Familiarity with responsive HTML email design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for email design.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
