The Role
We’re looking for a Qualitative Project Manager who’s curious, analytical, and excited to uncover the “why”
behind consumer behavior. This role supports a variety of qualitative research projects across industries,
managing the process from design to execution to reporting. If you love solving problems, pushing
boundaries, and crafting compelling narratives, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
• Support qualitative research proposals, including vendor outreach and bidding.
• Manage projects end-to-end, including logistics, execution, and client communication.
• Assist in developing research instruments (screeners, discussion guides, consent forms).
• Lead or support moderation (both online and in-person).
• Analyse findings, craft insights, and develop impactful reports.
• Explore and implement innovative qualitative methodologies and AI tools.
• Maintain qualitative resources, databases, and best practices.
What You Bring
• 2 years of market research experience (consulting, agency, or in-house).
• Strong communication, analytical, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and online qualitative research tools.
• A problem-solving mindset and ability to think creatively.
• Excitement to collaborate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
