Your Role
We are seeking Manufacturing Associates with expertise in automation engineering, packaging, and filling line operations to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, operation, and optimization of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with cGMP and safety standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring automated manufacturing equipment, including filling lines, packaging machinery, and other automated systems, to ensure efficient production processes with minimal downtime.
- Conducting routine safety inspections and troubleshooting automation systems to ensure they meet cGMP standards and operational safety requirements.
- Collaborating with engineering teams to support the design, calibration, and maintenance of automated systems, ensuring peak performance and compliance with all regulations.
- Implementing process improvements to enhance the efficiency and quality of packaging and filling lines, reducing cycle times and minimizing production delays.
- Assisting with automation troubleshooting, investigating deviations, and supporting CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) investigations to optimize system functionality.
- Ensuring quality control through the review of batch records, change controls, and other documentation related to manufacturing processes, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Maintaining accurate records, including standard operating procedures (SOPs), equipment logs, maintenance reports, and production batch records, ensuring full traceability and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline production operations, with a focus on automation systems and equipment optimization.
- Supporting the commissioning, validation, and qualification of new automated equipment or systems as needed to meet production requirements.
Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related engineering discipline.
- 2-5 years of experience in manufacturing engineering/technician role within the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.
- Hands-on experience operating pharmaceutical/medical device manufacturing machinery, equipment, and systems (filling, packaging, etc.)
- Understanding of cGMP regulations and pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- Experienced in cleanroom environments.
- Experienced with required technical documentation.
- Strong attention to detail
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skills.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
