Your Role
We are hiring a motivated and results-driven Solutions Engineer local to Maryland or surrounding states. Candidates should have an advanced understanding of the industry market with a strong background in selling professional services in validation, quality, engineering, and related. Seeking excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in order to develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders. Up to 100% travel is required.
- Develop comprehensive business development strategies and drive overall business objectives and growth.
- Proactively identify and engage with potential clients to understand their needs and effectively deliver our tailored solutions.
- Drive client engagement, cultivating relationships with new and existing customers and serving as primary point of contact.
- Identify market trends and actively target new business opportunities in the life science industry.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in order to identify key growth areas.
- Analyze competitors and industry dynamics to inform strategic business development initiatives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and adapt strategies as needed.
- Utilize your engineering expertise to assess client requirements and propose appropriate validation solutions.
- Provide technical guidance on the company’s validation services, including equipment validation, process validation, software validation, and compliance with regulatory requirements (such as FDA, ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients by offering post-sales support and ensuring successful implementation and delivery of services.
- Provide regular updates and reports to upper management.
- Travel and represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to expand our network and visibility within the life science community.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide leadership and guidance, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
