Work Schedule: 8 hour day shifts - may change with demand of the work & the ability to work weekends and over time as needed.
Pay Range: Starting pay $18.00 with opportunity for advancement
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Keeps building and property in clean and orderly condition
- Performs routine maintenance activities
- Performs heavy cleaning duties
- Sweeps, mops, scrubs, or vacuums floors
- Gathers and empties trash
- Scrubs, sanitizes, and supplies restroom facilities / Dusts furniture, walls, and equipment
- Mixes cleaning solutions and chemicals in containers in preparation for cleaning, according to instructions
- Follows procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power machinery to prevent damage to floors and fixtures
- Vacuums and shampoos or steam-cleans carpets and rugs
- Manages inventory of cleaning supplies
- Notifies managers regarding the need for repairs to equipment associated with the role
- Mowing, edging, and fertilizing lawn/gardens
- Weeding and mulching garden beds
- Removing unwanted, dead, or damaged vegetation as needed
- Planting flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Watering gardens, lawns, and landscaping
- May require a valid Driver’s License
- Must have at least a high school diploma
- 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
- Stable work history with good references from past employers
- Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
- PSC is a veteran-friendly company. Previous military experience and proven ability to follow procedures is a plus
