Work Schedule : Monday- Thursday 7 : 00AM-5 : 00PM
Pay Range : Starting at $15.50 with opportunity for advancement
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Screening and greeting visitors, contractors, deliveries prior to opening gate
- Use of Genetec system to monitor cameras and make badges
- Use of ClearID for verifying visitors
- Use of ISNet to verify contractor credentials as needed
- Enforce use of sign-in / out process for visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers
- Consolidating reports for man-hours for contractors (via sign-in / out log)
- Providing onsite reports for visitors, contractors, and delivery drivers during emergency events
- Support coordination of contraband searches
- Support development of Security Procedures & Post Orders
- Office support as needed (making copies, scanning documents, etc.)
