As an Onsite Security Agent, you will be responsible for delivering professional, reliable, and vigilant security services. You’ll work in diverse environments—whether it’s commercial, residential, or industrial sites—and your primary goal will be to ensure safety and security at all times.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Access Control
  You will manage entry points, verify credentials, and ensure only authorized personnel have access to protected areas. Duties include badge verification, visitor logging, and managing access points.

• Patrol Services
  You will conduct regular patrols—whether on foot, in a vehicle, or on a bike—across the site to detect and deter potential threats. Your visible presence will be crucial in preventing criminal activity.

• Emergency Response
  You will be trained to handle emergency situations such as fires, medical incidents, or active threats. Coordinating with local emergency services will be key to resolving these incidents quickly and effectively.

• Incident Reporting & Documentation
  We rely on accurate and timely reporting. You’ll document incidents, suspicious activity, and daily occurrences, ensuring that management and clients are always informed. We use advanced software to streamline this process.

• Customer Service
  As a representative of PSC Security, you will provide a professional and friendly presence. You’ll be trained in conflict resolution and de-escalation techniques to address disputes calmly and effectively.

• Risk Assessment & Deterrence
  You’ll proactively identify security vulnerabilities and recommend measures to mitigate risks. Your uniformed presence will also serve as a deterrent to criminal activity.
