We are seeking a full-time Senior IAM Engineer to play a key role in enhancing and managing identity and access management solutions. This role involves designing, configuring, and implementing IAM systems based on industry best practices. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional IT and business teams to align IAM solutions with organizational needs. This is a hybrid role with 6-8 days a week onsite in downtown Philadelphia. Candidates must be able to work without sponsorship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage IAM solutions using Ping Identity and SailPoint.
- Integrate IAM solutions with applications using APIs, connectors, and custom integrations.
- Develop and maintain IAM policies, procedures, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards through regular audits.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IAM-related issues.
- Conduct training and awareness sessions on IAM best practices.
- Stay current with emerging IAM trends and technologies.
- Optimize IAM workflows and maintain the IDN system based on business needs.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate IAM solutions with various systems and cloud services.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience implementing IAM solutions with SailPoint and SailPoint IDN.
- Expertise in authentication technologies, directory services (LDAP, Active Directory), and security compliance.
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and process mapping techniques.
- Experience with security standards (NIST, ISO) and regulatory compliance (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience collaborating with resources across multiple time zones.
