Your Responsibilities
- Guide the sanitation crew to embed effective cleaning techniques throughout the facility.
- Engineer comprehensive sanitation procedures attuned to FDA and USDA guidelines.
- Regularly audit and inspect to uphold unparalleled food safety standards.
- Manage and refine our HACCP programs to preempt and tackle safety risks.
- Instruct and mentor staff in advanced sanitation and safety protocols.
- Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations including Trainer Certifications in LOTO, Fall Protection, MEWP.
- Apply standards from FSMA, GMPs, SQF, BRC into daily operations.
- Oversee equipment safety assessments and thoroughly document sanitation activities.
- Foster collaboration with teams to enhance safety and quality cultures.
- Utilize IT skills for accurate record-keeping and reporting purposes.
Your Qualifications
- Seasoned in leadership within manufacturing spheres.
- Comprehensive insight into food and beverage manufacturing protocols.
- Authority in Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) strategies.
- Proficiency in HACCP methodologies.
- Detailed understanding of pertinent FDA and USDA regulations.
- Mandatory OSHA 10-Hour Certification (preference for 30-Hour).
- Forklift operation expertise required.
- Ability to conduct comprehensive equipment safety evaluations.
- Strong verbal and written communication acumen.
- Basis for documentation and reporting: competency with computers.
