Requirements
Essential Duties
Physical abilities will include walking and standing on concrete/hard surfaces for a minimum of 2.5 hours to 8 hours at a time, ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds regularly and 50 pounds occasionally, ability to reach, twist, bend, kneel, climb a ladder while carrying product.

Requirements
Essential Duties
- Abide by all company safety regulations.
- Performs counter sales serving in-store customers.
- Performs customer service activities including receiving, entering of telephone orders, answering questions,tracking order status, & product shipments.
- Perform onsite home or business consulting, measuring, calculations, and input of required product information for quotes and/or placement of orders.
- Develop quotes, and skilled at setting costs and fees within budget.
- Responsible for planning and cost estimates.
- Reconciles inventory and stocks merchandise in store.
- Maintains customer records and files, including accurate account setup and pricing.
- Mixes/prepares paint for customer orders for delivery/pick-up (aprons and gloves provided)
- Responsible for decorating with color, windows, and flooring.
- Develop knowledge of all variations of flooring/tile/window coverings offered.
- Develop knowledge base of additional and related products offered.
- Receive and stock incoming inventory items appropriately.
- Organizing stock and maintaining inventory.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Proven experience with interior design or work in a related field.
- Proven Math skills for measuring space and products.
- Skilled with computers for order processing, drawing, and presentations.
- Ability to lift/move 25-50 lbs.
- Degree in Interior Design or related field preferred.
- 3 year(s) of Interior Decorating experience or work in a related field preferred.
- Customer Service, Inside Sales, or Counter Sales.
- Team player with great customer service skills
- High level of organizational and time management skills
- Clean driving record and valid license
- Candidates must submit to a drug screen and meet acceptable Motor Vehicle Report requirements upon hiring process.
