As the Consumer Lending Product Manager, you will lead, build, and manage the consumer lending product function for PSECU, including all consumer loan products as well as visa (credit cards). This position is responsible for overseeing the development, management, and performance of consumer loan products. You will own the development, strategy, and vision on consumer lending products, collaborate with internal teams to drive research, strategy, and implementation. Develop tracking and performance and be responsible for the revenue generation of the products to the consumer lending revenue goals and ensure compliance with all regulations and lending laws.
This position has a minimum expectation of 3 days per week or as needed
Product Development, Strategy and Vision: Lead the creation and enhancement of consumer loan products, from conceptual stages through to launch
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Support end to end lifecycle of consumer lending products including ideation, conceptualization, design, development, pricing, fees, and ongoing enhancement
Market Research: Conduct market analysis to identify consumer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
Strategy Implementation: Develop and execute strategies to drive product adoption, consumer satisfaction, and revenue growth
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic product development and execution for lending products including visa
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with teams across marketing, digital banking, sales, risk management, and operations to ensure seamless product delivery
Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve offerings
Compliance: Ensure all products comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
