What are we looking for this position to do?
- Deliver on the strategic goals and objectives of PSECU by developing and maintaining indirect lending opportunities within their assigned territory
- Acquire, develop, and strengthen PSECU’s relationships with our Indirect lending partnerships; increase membership and loan growth; promote product awareness and usage; explore new avenues to positively affect PSECU’s bottom line; and address any identified issues.
- Monitor the effectiveness and growth of the current program through detailed and consistent documentation of dealer communications, and management of assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Responsible for the total dealer relationship that includes but is not limited to the relationships with key dealer personnel, loan originations, portfolio performance, loan quality, risk tolerance, and loan servicing which includes title perfection.
This position is expected to be located in eastern Pennsylvania. This position will work with dealerships in Lehigh, Berks, Bucks, Chester, Montgomery, Delaware and Philadelphia counties.
Quarterly onsite visits to the headquarters in Harrisburg are required.
The Dealer Relationship Manager:
- Owns and directly handles relationship management activities, including all areas of dealer risk management, with new and existing dealership vendors within their assigned territories to grow quality loan volume, revenue, and market share with relevant performance goals. Works with dealership vendors with basic levels of risk and complexity of needs.
- Regularly meet and communicate with existing and potential indirect dealership vendors, meeting a standard number of monthly visits and calls to develop and cultivate the PSECU relationship.
- Leverages reporting and sales tools to analyze and evaluate individual dealership through their entire territory performance to capitalize on opportunities and identify risk to mitigate.
- Understand industry needs by collecting and evaluating feedback from indirect dealership vendors to provide insight and ideas that increases program engagement and loyalty.
- Collaborate with internal PSECU business units to manage the health of the indirect lending portfolio.
- Other duties as assigned.
