About the Role:
The Principal Engineer – Electrical/I&C in our Engineering Services department plays a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our power plants. As a Subject Matter Expert, you will be responsible for maintaining expertise on Salem and Hope Creek electrical and I&C components, mentoring site peers, and providing support to sites on complex and strategic issues.
Responsibilities:
* Maintain industry-leading performance through a robust Preventative Maintenance program and Long Term Asset Management Strategies
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
* BS degree in Engineering, Science or Technology
* Minimum of 15 years experience directly related to electrical/I&C component management, maintenance, and technical support
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* Flexibility with changing priorities and changing ways of doing business
* Must meet Nuclear requirements for unescorted site access
