The Principal Engineer - Electrical/I&C role involves providing subject matter expertise in electrical and I&C component-related activities at Salem and Hope Creek Generating Stations. This includes maintaining expertise on Salem and Hope Creek electrical and I&C components, mentoring site peers, and providing support to the sites on complex and strategic issues. The successful candidate will also perform third-party reviews of technical documents, lead complex engineering analysis and technical issues, and support common projects affecting both sites. Furthermore, the candidate will represent PSEG Nuclear, lead, and influence decision-making at the industry level, provide oversight and recommendations for routine assessments, outage readiness, and preparation for outside organizational assessments, and benchmark industry best practices and incorporate learnings into programs/processes.
