Core Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing Credit Union training programs.
- Support the creation of training materials, including presentations, handouts, and e-learning content.
- Assist in scheduling training sessions, managing attendance, and coordinating logistics.
- Set up training rooms, equipment, and materials before sessions.
- Gain knowledge of training strategies, facilitation techniques, and best practices with the goal to advance to the role of Training Specialist.
- Coordinate and conduct New Employee Orientation Session.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding training schedules, materials, and resources.
- Track and report on training attendance and participant progress.
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, developments and changes in regulations
- Build positive relationships with employees and encourage a culture of learning and development.
- Maintain confidentiality of all information;
- Adhere and promote Credit Union’s culture, mission and vision.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, delivery and follow-up;
- Any other duties or responsibilities, as required or assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Training and Development, Psychology, Communications, Business or related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development or training coordination.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively and take directions from Manager.
- Speech and presentation skills.
- Prior experience in an administrative or training support role is a plus but not required.
- High energy, enthusiastic, motivational training style;
- Thorough knowledge of Credit Union products, services and basic operations is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in both English and Polish.
- Ability to travel by car and air.
