The CI Transformation Leader is responsible for developing and implementing process improvement strategies that drive operational excellence and reduce costs. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve manufacturing processes and eliminate inefficiencies
- Leverage Lean principles and methodologies to drive cultural transformation and sustain improvements

- Lead continuous improvement projects through focused Kaizens and Value Stream Mapping to achieve measured results and targeted hard savings
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or technical field from an accredited university
- 5 years of professional experience working in a manufacturing organization with focus on operations and supply chain
- Proven track record of delivering results through sustained, successful CI transformations
- Experience leading improvement projects in a manufacturing environment with proven results
