Process Improvement Leader
We are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to lead process improvement initiatives across the organization, leveraging lean manufacturing principles and tools to deliver sustainable results.
Responsibilities:
- Lead cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain value stream mapping efforts, CI plans, and calendars
- Analyze data to drive business decisions and improve operational efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to teammates on lean manufacturing principles and tools
- Evaluate and close projects, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business or Technical field
- 5 years of experience in manufacturing with a focus on operations and supply chain
- Proven track record of delivering results through process improvement initiatives
- Experience leading teams and developing project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively
