Job Summary
The Process Improvement Leader will drive the implementation of process improvement solutions, focusing on eliminating waste and achieving measurable results. This role requires a strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in driving process improvements.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead continuous improvement projects through focused Kaizens and Value Stream Mapping to eliminate waste and achieve measured results and targeted hard savings.
- Conduct root cause analysis to eliminate waste, troubleshoot manufacturing and assembly issues, material flow, and informational inputs that may lead to inefficiencies.
- Provide lean improvement orientation and on-the-job training for teammates and ensure that the responsibilities are defined and understood.
- Identify ongoing lean improvement training needs and assist with developing and implementing the required training.
