The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst , working in Telecommunications industry in Deerfield, Illinois, United States .
- Manage request queues in PO system with respect to Requisitions, User Access, Receiving Process
- Manage email in-box for team
- Respond to email requests related to order eta and process instructions
- Generate emails to vendors and requesters with requested details
- Create and manage reporting for team
- Answer customer service line for internal customers and provide process instructions (low volume)
- Uses Outlook, Teams, Excel (Formulas, Vlookup, Caluclations), Word, Project, One Note
