The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for an Auto Property Damage Adjuster Remote , working in BPO industry in New York, United States .
- Speaks to customers on the phone, educating them, and helping the customer work through their claims to the best possible outcome.
- Handles an inventory of claims, triaging critical claims, and delivering service to all constituents of the claim.
- Works through and design a process that supports the quickest claim resolution with the best outcome.
- Collaborates closely with our product and engineering teams to give feedback and identify technology and process improvements.
