Description
We're looking for a Branch Manager , working in Staffing / Recruiting industry in Evansville, Indiana, United States .
- Manage and mentor branch office staff.
- Execute daily operations of the branch.
- Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives.
- Hire, develop, and train full time employees.
- Manage branch P&L.
- Ensure compliance with both Federal and State regulations as well as company and their customers' policies and practices.
- Develop new customer contacts and sales leads while maintaining existing customer relationships.
