The Opportunity

Description

We're looking for a Business System Analyst-ServiceNow , working in Banking / Finance industry in Columbus, Ohio, United States .

  • Configure and customize ServiceNow modules (Incident, Problem, Change, etc.).
  • Develop workflows and business rules.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
  • Elicit and document functional / non-functional requirements and use cases.
  • Conduct user acceptance testing.

Our Client

Experience Required for Your Success

  • 3-7 years of experience
  • Product side BSA experience required
  • In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules
  • Business analysis skills to understand and document requirements
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies and tools Producing process flows using Visio or equivalent tool
