The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Claims Analyst , working in Electric Power and Natural Gas industry in San Diego, California, United States .
- Investigate and analyze recovery / subrogation and liability / property damage claims filed by or against the company.
- Adjust and settle claims as appropriate.
- Gather evidence for hearings, trials, and other dispositions through visual inspections, photographs, and witness interviews.
- Review and analyze relevant records and reports.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation for investigations.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, attorneys, and claimants to assess major property damage claims and recommend settlements.
- Locate responsible parties, negotiate settlements, and arrange billing for damages to company property.
