The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Field Technician , working in IT (excluding Telecommunication) industry in Secaucus, 07094 .
- Deliver reactive and proactive activities according to the Service Level Agreement to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide direct post-sales systems on-site technical support for reactive and proactive customers.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring clear business and technical solution alignment, clarifying customer needs, and ensuring they are met.
- Responsible for the company's Total Customer Experience as well as revenue growth, profitability, and account retention.
- Work on extremely complex assignments where a high degree of independent judgment, initiative, and technical knowledge are required to resolve problems.
- Work is completed independently and can handle most unique situations.
- Frequently determine methods and procedures for new assignments.
