The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a LRD Electronics Technician 2 , working in Sales / Marketing industry in Louisville, Kentucky, United States .
- Troubleshoot and repair advanced electronic circuits and equipment.
- Operate a soldering and rework station.
- Train associate technicians on the repair and operation of electronic equipment.
- Lead a team, organize and oversee projects.
- Perform electronic component replacement.
- Navigate and investigate electronic controls interfaces.
- Load operating system software on computers, mobile devices and update firmware as required.
- Update IP addresses and navigate enterprise software systems.
- Maintain an accurate and organized inventory of parts.
- Repair mobile electronic devices such as tablet and handheld devices.
- Work within a team environment and use effective communication.
- Communicate with customers regarding the proper use of equipment and diagnose service issues.
- Utilize company email system to send and receive messages.
- Complete all repair, labor, parts purchasing and usage documentation in a timely fashion.
- Comply with all department and company policies and procedures.
