- Monitor reports and Slack channels to stay updated on team activities, project progress, and key business communications.
- Serve as the first point of contact by fielding inquiries from team members and stakeholders, providing timely and accurate information.
- Review and evaluate marketplace deals, ensuring alignment with company objectives and offering insights for decision-making.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure product features meet requirements and function optimally before release.
- Book deals and convert quotes into finalized agreements, managing the end-to-end process with attention to detail and efficiency.
