The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Regional Sales Manager , working in Staffing / Recruiting industry in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, United States .
- Perform sales generation, development of leads, and business development for an assigned Regional area through networking, cold calling, community involvement, and telemarketing.
- Develop and publish strategic sales plans for mid to major market accounts and executes them to generate new revenue sources.
- Qualify potential new business for their territory and negotiate pricing and payment terms based on corporate guidelines.
- Perform sales planning and relationship building with internal and external customers.
- Meet sales goals and metrics given.
- Communicate with branch offices and work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Understand and articulate specific competitive landscape information.
- Successfully recruit, hire, onboard, lead and train, and support the BDMs assigned as direct reports.
- Collaborate and support a healthy work environment while embracing company core values.
