The Opportunity
Description
We're looking for a Staffing Specialist , working in Staffing / Recruiting industry in Pooler, Georgia, United States .
- Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and by providing outstanding employee relations services to Malone employees onsite
- Build lasting relationships with customer and act as a liaison between customer and branch staff
- Assist branch staff with screening and selection process of new temporary associates as needed
- Orientate new temporary associates on company policies and safety expectations
- Maintain personnel records in the employee database for temporary associates
- Manage daily attendance and weekly payroll for temporary associates
- Investigate and resolve issues involving temporary associates
- Mentor, conduct evaluations, manage disciplinary actions and dismissals of temporary associates
- Maintain and present daily, weekly, monthly metric reports to internal and external leadership
