Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings
- Prepare journal entries and perform monthly account reconciliations
- Prepare California sales and use tax filings
- Perform customer and vendor setups
- Assist with Accounts Payable hold issues
- Review and ensure monthly work orders are closed out
- Assist with annual standard costing updates
