This role will involve the traditional calendar, travel, and meeting management duties. This role will report to the Director of Administration.

Position Overview
The Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant will provide dedicated support to a team of professionals and provide coverage for other Assistants during their absences. This role will involve the traditional calendar, travel, and meeting management duties. This role will report to the Director of Administration.
Responsibilities
- Calendar and expense management for a group of professionals
- Responsible for travel arrangements, domestic and international, and developing complex itineraries, and agendas to include all meetings, times, locations, air or train travel, and car service; Must have the ability to fill in all blanks when necessary
- Act as a point person when members of the team are traveling by responding to various inquiries in a timely fashion
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, venues, vendor management, room setup, prepare materials and arrange necessary audio/visual equipment
- Assist the Director of Administration with PSG events including but not limited to: Annual Meetings, CEO Conference, Holiday Party, Talent Development Initiatives, and process improvement initiatives
- Act as a member of the administrative team. This includes coordinating with and providing coverage for other assistants as needed
- Complete any ad hoc admin or project work as requested by professionals / team members

- 5-7 (Senior Admin) or 7-10 (EA) years’ experience supporting a group of professionals/executives; strong preference for prior experience within a financial services firm and for providing administrative support related to both business and personal matters
