The Director of Network Strategy is responsible for leading the strategic planning and optimization of Milestone Ones partnership with clinical research sites. The position requires a strong analytical mindset crossfunctional collaboration and strong leadership skills. This role will drive longterm development strategies ensuring all sales and operations efforts align with company objectives operational efficiency and market demand.
- Strategy & Planning : Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to optimize the operations expansion and efficiency of clinical research sites that partner with Milestone One.
- Operations : Responsible for the continued development of the Operations Department including the implementation of standard processes policies and procedures.
- Lead Optimization : Assess and refine the database of potential sites ensuring maximum alignment with organizational goals.
- Market Analysis : Conduct competitive market research to inform site selection and development strategies.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration : Work closely with operations finance and support functions to drive strategic initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement : Partner with internal and external stakeholders including executives regulatory bodies industry partners and professional organizations to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Performance Metrics : Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team effectiveness and drive continuous improvement.
- Leadership Development : Supervise lead and delegate work to a team of employees as well as coaching mentoring and developing the team.
