Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Use our powerful platform to target qualified candidates and focus on what you do best—building relationships with clients, not chasing leads.
  • Client Consultation: Conduct in-depth needs assessments to understand your clients’ financial goals and deliver personalized insurance solutions that meet their needs.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver engaging and compelling presentations that highlight the benefits of our products and leave clients confident in their choices.
  • Relationship Management: Build lasting connections with clients, providing exceptional service and regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends and competitive products to position our offerings as the best choice for your clients.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward goals to ensure you're always on track.
  • Compliance: Ensure all sales activities are in line with industry regulations and company policies while maintaining confidentiality and the highest ethical standards.

Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Exceptional presentation and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
  • Willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or finance is a plus).
  • Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we’ll support you in getting licensed if you’re not yet!).

Compensation:

  • Based on the market average for sales reps.
  • Monthly performance bonuses paid on the 15th.
