Key Responsibilities :
- Prospecting and Lead Generation : Leverage our unique platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our diverse life insurance products, allowing you to focus more on client interactions and less on lead hunting.
- Client Consultation : Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients' financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options to help clients make informed decisions.
- Sales Presentation : Deliver captivating sales presentations to individuals and groups, showcasing the benefits and features of our life insurance products.
Tailor presentations to address specific client concerns and preferences.
Relationship Management : Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering continuous support and service.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and policy retention.
- Market Research : Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions. Utilize this knowledge to position our life insurance products effectively and provide clients with pertinent information.
- Sales Reporting : Keep precise and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales targets.
Prepare regular reports for management review.
Compliance : Ensure all sales activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality of client information and upholding ethical standards.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Outstanding presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (we will assist you in acquiring your license if you are not currently licensed).

- Range is based on the average rep in current markets
